The NocPix Lumi L35 is a compact handheld thermal imaging monocular built to pick out game, people or any heat source in complete darkness, fog, rain or thick cover where the naked eye and standard optics struggle. At its core is a 384 x 288 thermal sensor with a 12µm pixel pitch and NETD below 18mK, paired with a 35mm f/0.9 lens giving 4-16x digital magnification and a detection range of around 1,750 yards. The image is shown on a sharp 1024 x 768 AMOLED display, with seven colour palettes to reduce eye fatigue during long spells of glassing and electronic stabilisation to keep the picture steady in the hand. Onboard 32GB storage captures photos and video, and Wi-Fi connects to the NocPix app for reviewing and sharing footage. Power comes from two replaceable, rechargeable 18650 batteries giving up to 4.5 hours of use, and the whole unit is IP67 rated against dust and water ingress. At just 335g and small enough to fit in a jacket pocket, it is a genuinely portable option for stalking, night-time pest control, security work or search and rescue, and comes complete with a carry bag, spare battery, charger and neck strap.
