It keeps the classic flap-and-buckle opening of an old-fashioned slip but adds a full-length zip, so the gun can be loaded and unloaded quickly without undoing the whole cover. Inside, a padded fleece lining cushions the stock and barrels, while a hand-sewn, blocked muzzle end gives the business end of the gun extra protection in the vehicle or gun cabinet.
