The Pixfra Mile M40-B19 is an entry-level thermal imaging monocular built for stalking, foxing and pest control after dark or in poor light. The 1280×960 viewfinder has an adjustable dioptre, so the image stays crisp for different users, and a built-in stadiametric rangefinder lets you gauge distance to a marked target quickly in the field. Four colour palettes — White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red and Alarm — suit changing conditions, while an integrated laser pointer, which switches off automatically after 10 seconds, helps mark objects for other members of the party. Stills and video record to a microSD card of up to 256GB, and built-in Wi-Fi streams the view to the Pixfra app on multiple phones at once.
