The Spartan Classic Gunsmith Adapter is the most discreet way to fit a Spartan bipod or tripod to a rifle — rather than clamping to a rail, it's bonded permanently into the fore-end of a wooden or synthetic stock by a gunsmith or a competent home fitter, leaving nothing but a low-profile magnetic socket flush with the stock. Once installed it works with the same MagnaSwitch magnetic quick-detach system as the rest of the Spartan range, so bipods and tripods snap on and off in seconds. At just 9g and 17mm deep it's the lightest and lowest-profile fitting Spartan make, and it comes with a dirt plug that seats in the socket to keep mud and grit out when no bipod is attached. It's compatible with Spartan Javelin and SpringBok bipods, Ascent and Sentinel tripods, SpringBok Quad Sticks and Davros heads. Fitting involves boring and epoxy-bonding the adapter into the stock, so it's a one-off job best left to a gunsmith rather than a swap-between-rifles solution.
