The SwedTeam Alpha Hydration Bladder is a soft-sided water reservoir designed to slot into the brand's Alpha backpack system, though it will work in most packs with a hydration sleeve. Made from soft, flexible polyethylene, it holds around 2.5 litres and has a wide opening at the top that makes it genuinely easy to fill, clean and dry out properly between trips — a detail that's easy to overlook until a bladder starts smelling stale. A hose and bite-valve nozzle are included, so it's ready to use straight out of the pack rather than needing separate parts sourced. At around 200g empty it adds very little weight to a load, and the flexible material packs down flat when not in use. It's a simple, practical way to carry drinking water hands-free on a long stalk, a day on the hill or any trip where stopping to dig out a bottle isn't convenient.
