The Timberland PRO Ballast is a tough, no-nonsense safety boot built for anyone spending long days on site, in the workshop or out on the land. Rated to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1P, it pairs a protective safety toe cap with a penetration-resistant midsole, backed by anti-static protection and resistance to fuel oil for genuinely hard-wearing use. The full grain leather upper is lined with breathable mesh to keep feet comfortable through a working day, while a thick, durable TPU outsole and long-lasting PU midsole handle the wear and tear of rough ground and hard standing. A cushioned footbed adds all-day comfort, and energy absorption built into the heel takes the sting out of repeated impact on hard surfaces. The outsole also carries SRC slip resistance, tested on both ceramic tile and steel, so grip holds up in wet or oily conditions. Finished in brown with a 2cm heel, the Ballast has the spacious, updated safety toe shape Timberland PRO have built into this range, giving a roomier fit than older-style safety boots without compromising protection.
