The Fox With Stand is a life-size fox silhouette cut from 10mm Hardox 500 steel, supplied complete with its own stand, so it's ready to set up and shoot straight out of the box rather than needing separate poles and chains. Hardox 500 carries a nominal Brinell hardness of 500 HBW, the property that stops a bullet penetrating the plate, and the profile is laser cut for a crisp, accurate outline. It's supplied in its natural mill finish, ready to paint and maintain in your own colour, and it's rated for all firearms except .50 calibre and above. A full-size, free-standing fox target is a straightforward way to build confidence at realistic field ranges before you're relying on the same shot placement on a real fox, and the stand means it can go up wherever there's flat ground rather than needing a fence or frame to hang from. As with any steel plate target, keep a sensible distance back, wear eye protection, and never use armour-piercing or steel-core ammunition on it.
