The Umbro Speciali Liga Soft Ground (SG) junior football boot in black/white is a children's football boot built for wet, muddy natural grass pitches. It uses a hook-and-loop velcro strap rather than laces, giving a quick, secure fit that's easy for younger players to adjust and fasten themselves. The upper is synthetic with a non-leather lining, so it wipes clean after a match or a soggy training session. The soleplate carries soft ground metal studs, designed to bite into soft turf for grip and traction where a firm-ground boot would struggle — this is the SG version, not the firm-ground alternative in the same Speciali Liga range, so it's the right choice for club and school pitches that see regular rain. A stud key and two spare studs are included, so a worn or lost stud can be swapped out rather than the whole boot replaced. The Speciali name is one of Umbro's longest-running boot lines, and this junior edition brings the same look down to younger sizes at an affordable price point.
