The Vortex Crossfire HD 2-7x32 Rimfire is the rimfire and vermin-control version of Vortex's Crossfire HD 2-7x32, built around rimfire distances rather than centrefire ranges. Where the standard Crossfire HD 2-7x32 is parallax-set at 100 yards, this model is factory-set at 50 yards — right where most rimfire and air rifle shots at rabbits, rats and other vermin actually happen, so the image stays sharp at the ranges this scope is meant for. The V-Plex Rimfire (MOA) reticle is a simple duplex crosshair, quick to pick up on a moving target. The HD optical system and fully multi-coated lenses sharpen resolution and lift light transmission for a clear picture at dawn and dusk, when most vermin control happens. 2-7x magnification through a 32mm objective keeps the scope compact and light, well suited to a rimfire or air rifle, with capped 1/4 MOA turrets, 90 MOA of total elevation and windage adjustment, and 3.9in of eye relief. The one-piece aircraft-grade aluminium tube is nitrogen-purged and O-ring sealed to be waterproof, fogproof and shockproof, and the whole scope carries Vortex's unlimited, unconditional VIP lifetime warranty.
