The Vortex Micro6X Magnifier is a 6x flip-to-side magnifier designed to sit behind a red dot sight, stretching its effective range for mid-range target identification without swapping optics. It comes with its own quick-release flip mount, plus a 1.93 inch riser plate and a Lower 1/3 co-witness riser plate, so it can be set up to match the shooter's chosen sight height and then flipped out of the way in a moment when only the dot is needed. The housing is machined from a solid block of aircraft-grade aluminium for rigidity, its lenses are fully multi-coated for a bright, clear image, and the unit is nitrogen gas purged and O-ring sealed for genuinely fogproof, waterproof performance. The cam-lock mounting system and recessed, snag-free turrets are built to withstand recoil and the knocks of hard use in the field or on the range.
