The Warne Maxima 14R7M is a pair of permanently attached 30mm medium scope rings designed to mount directly onto the Ruger M77's proprietary receiver dovetail, with no separate base required. Because the Ruger M77 (including Hawkeye variants) uses a tapered mounting surface, the rings in this pair are supplied as two different heights — a configuration unique to the Ruger M77 ring family — to sit level across the tapered receiver. Built from solid steel in a vertically split design, each ring uses four T-15 Torx socket cap screws to secure the scope tube, while a scalloped Ruger-specific recoil key provides positive engagement between ring and dovetail. The medium profile offers a saddle height of 0.460 inches, suitable for standard 40–50mm objectives on the M77. Rings weigh 6.1 oz as a pair and carry a matte black finish. Tighten bottom screws to 25 in/lb on dry threads before setting eye relief and levelling the reticle, then torque the top screws to your scope manufacturer's specification. Made in the USA.
