The Warthog V-Sharp Xtreme Edge Combo pairs the compact Xtreme Edge sharpener, finished in black, with its own dedicated field case. The sharpener locks a knife at one of four preset angles - 17°, 20°, 25° or 30° - while a pair of 325-grit natural diamond honing rods, held under spring tension, hone both sides of the blade at once for a consistent, even edge. A finishing steel is included for a final polish once the rods have done the work, and further hones in 600 or 1000 grit are available separately for a finer finish. Built from durable, waterproof ABS plastic and weighing only 229g, the Xtreme Edge is designed to work as well on a boat or out in the field as it does at a kitchen bench - useful for keeping a stalking, gralloching or fillet knife keen away from a full bench setup. The combo's high-impact ABS field case is sized specifically for the Xtreme Edge sharpener and does not fit other Warthog models.
