The Warthog V-Sharp Classic II in White is a spring-loaded, self-aligning V-sharpener built for fast, consistent results on kitchen, fillet, hunting and most other flat-blade knives. Two 325-grit natural diamond honing rods sit in a calibrated spring-tensioned V, gripping both sides of the blade at a matched angle as you draw the knife through, so each stroke sharpens both edges together rather than one side at a time. The rods are set on a snap-in system, so switching angle or grit takes seconds - snap the rod out, choose your setting and snap it back in. Three fixed angles - 20, 25 and 30 degrees - cover everything from a fine kitchen edge to a sturdier hunting or fillet-knife bevel. The sharpener itself is built on a hand-crafted steel frame with a solid rubber base for a firm, non-slip grip on the worktop, finished in a durable white powder-coat. A pair of finishing steels is included for a final polished edge once the diamond rods have done the heavy work. It weighs 709 grams.
