The Zeiss LRP S3 4-25x50 ZF-MRi is a first-focal-plane long-range riflescope built on a compact 34mm mono-bloc main tube with a 50mm objective lens. It is designed for precision rifle competition — particularly long-range rimfire and centrefire disciplines — where best-in-class total elevation travel is the critical specification. The illuminated ZF-MRi reticle uses a tree-style MRAD layout with 0.1 mil click turrets, so holdover calculations and wind corrections stay consistent at every magnification setting. Only the centre section of the reticle illuminates, keeping the sight picture uncluttered at high power; illumination is selectable between red and green across five intensity levels. Zeiss T* multi-coating with ED glass elements achieves 90% light transmission, while LotuTec exterior lens treatment sheds rain, snow and fingerprints. The Zeiss Ballistic Stop gives a reliable return to zero on the exposed elevation turret, and the External Locking Windage Turret prevents accidental adjustment during carry. Parallax adjustment runs from 15 metres to infinity. The main tube is shock-tested to 1,500 g-force across multiple impact cycles.
