The ZEISS V8 1.8–14x50 M with illuminated reticle #60 and ASV H & S ballistic turrets is the most field-adjustable variant of ZEISS's versatile 50mm riflescope. The 8x zoom range spans 1.8x for wide-field close-cover shooting up to 14x for careful target assessment, and the 23-metre field of view at 100 metres on the lowest setting is among the broadest available at this magnification. The extra-large eye box puts you on target quickly, however awkward the shooting position. ZEISS T* multi-coating extracts maximum contrast and brightness in the half-light of dusk and dawn, and the illuminated reticle #60 gives you a precisely sized dot adjustable to any light condition. The ASV H & S configuration adds independent windage correction to the ballistic elevation turret, allowing full in-field trajectory compensation for both drop and drift without tools — ideal for long cross-wind shots on open hill ground or extended woodland rides.
