Lee's Quick Change Drum Set gives an Auto Drum or Deluxe Perfect Powder Measure four precision-moulded nylon drums, so a favourite load can be left permanently set up rather than re-adjusting the measure's brass drum every time you switch charges. The set covers two drum sizes: two small drums for charging from 25 ACP up to 223 Remington, and two large drums for 223 Remington up to the large magnums, with a reduced-capacity insert supplied for the large drums so they can also throw smaller charges. Every drum is infinitely adjustable within its range and needs no tools to set — each comes with its own graduated adjustment key, where one full turn of the screw moves roughly .1cc (about a grain of powder), and the key's own .01cc markings allow fine 1/10-grain adjustments. Once a charge is set, the powder type and weight can be marked straight onto the flat of the drum for next time. A handy way for anyone loading more than one cartridge or charge weight to switch measures instantly instead of re-zeroing the powder measure each session.
