The Dikamar Junior Administrator is a scaled-down version of the maker's long-running Administrator wellington, built for children who need genuine waterproof protection rather than a fashion boot. The upper is a lightweight, fully waterproof PVC construction, paired with a slip-resistant PVC/Nitrile sole unit that copes well with muddy yards, wet grass and puddles alike. Inside, the boot is self-lined for comfort straight over socks, and easy-grip pull-on panels at the collar make it quick for a child to get on and off without a struggle. Moulded ribbing across the toe adds a bit of extra durability where young boots take the most punishment. It's a unisex fit, offered across a junior-to-small-adult size range, so it covers most children through to early teens.
