The Hazard 4 Cluster is a pair of frameless aviator sunglasses built around impact-resistant lenses rather than fashion glass. The lenses meet the ANSI Z87.1-2010 standard for protection against light-to-moderate impact hazards such as flying chips and small debris (Hazard 4 notes the casual, non-wraparound cut means they fall short of full Z87.1+ high-speed/high-mass certification), and carry a U6 UV rating, blocking 99.9% of UV light. The frame is bent, welded and screwed steel with a matte PVD coating, and the lenses carry an internal anti-reflective, oleophobic coating on both faces; they are not polarised. Frames can be gently bent to better match the wearer's face, and each pair is computer-modelled and 3D-print refined before being hand-finished in Italy. Small holes at the temples take a retention cord for securing the glasses during active use.
