They add extra cushioning and support underfoot, which helps reduce foot fatigue and discomfort over a full day on your feet, and they are equally useful for taking up a little extra room in footwear that fits slightly loose or spacious. Fitting is straightforward: take an insole from the pack and slide it into the shoe, making sure the right insole goes into the right shoe and the left into the left, then settle it into position for the best fit.
