The foam is pre-scored into small cubes you pull out by hand, letting you hand-shape a precise recess around your rifle, optics and accessories rather than relying on a generic layout. It's made from durable polyurethane rather than a soft packing foam, so once you've built your recess it holds its shape and keeps equipment cushioned and secure in transit or storage. Because it's a direct OEM fit, swapping in a fresh sheet restores the case to its original protection if the existing foam has worn, or lets you rebuild the interior from scratch for a different kit setup.
