The Blackrock Tactical Commander Boot (OF04) is a high-leg, waterproof leather boot built for personnel who need a rugged, all-day boot without a mandatory safety toe cap. A fully metal-free composite midsole guards the foot against sharp objects underfoot, while the side YKK zip makes it quick to pull on and remove between shifts. Blackrock's HexaGrip outsole is rated HSL GRIP 4 for market-leading slip resistance, and it's also 300°C heat resistant, anti-static and resistant to fuel and oil, so it holds up in demanding working environments. Inside, an EaziStep padded and breathable insole cushions the foot through long periods of standing or walking, backed by an energy-absorbing heel. The leather upper and construction are also blood-borne pathogen resistant. Certified to EN20347 O3 WR FO HRO SRC as an occupational rather than safety-rated boot, it suits roles such as security, emergency services, transport, prison service and courier work where a tough, waterproof boot is needed but a protective toe cap isn't a uniform requirement.
