Great customer service, ordered a size 8 for my husband, too small so had to return. Great returns policy and no quibble exchange as ordered size 9. Replacement sent within a week. Replacement fits like a glove, would recommend these top quality boots.

Early days yet but they’re very comfortable straight out of the box. They look really good quality, and hopefully will last a long time. I’ve been wearing Brashers for years and these are as good if not better. Time will tell.
