The Härkila Aspire HWS Trousers are the natural lower-body partner to the Aspire HWS Jacket, sharing the same technology and design philosophy to deliver a complete, matched waterproof hunting system. Worn together they form one of the most thoroughly specified all-round hunting suits available at this level — but the trousers stand equally well on their own as a serious waterproof hunting trouser built for hunters who demand genuine field performance day after day and season after season.
Like the jacket, the foundation is Härkila's own HWS® — Härkila Weather System — membrane: a hunting-specific waterproof, windproof and breathable construction that has been engineered with the low-noise requirements of field use firmly in mind. The robust tricot outer fabric brings that same quiet, brushed-surface character to the legs, moving silently through vegetation and cover without the swishing and crackling of smooth waterproof fabrics that can betray a hunter's position at a critical moment. A PFAS-free membrane and PFAS-free DWR outer treatment provide the waterproofing without harmful fluorinated chemicals, keeping both the hunter and the environment in better shape. An inner comfort mesh lining wicks moisture away from the body during active use, maintaining comfort across the full range of exertion levels that a mixed hunting day typically demands.
The fit and construction details are purpose-built for hunting movement. A raised waistband with a double press button closure sits securely without requiring a belt, and back knee adjusters allow the fit behind the knee to be set precisely — eliminating the fabric bunching that restricts circulation and comfort during long days on uneven terrain or in confined hides and high seats. Adjustable ankle straps give a clean, snug closure over boot tops or beneath gaiters without any loose fabric catching underfoot.
Pocketing is field-ready throughout: easy-entry top pockets for quick access to essentials, and zipped waterproof thigh pockets that keep contents dry even during sustained downpours. Inside the right thigh pocket is a dedicated cartridge holder for four rounds — keeping a follow-up shot immediately to hand without fumbling through a bag or jacket pocket. Available in Hunting Green/Shadow Brown in sizes 46–60, with both 30" and 32" inside leg options across most sizes. Pairs directly with the Aspire HWS Jacket for a complete matched system.
