The Western Rivers Eichler Game Caller Dual Speaker is an electronic predator and game call from Western Rivers' Fred Eichler range, built around dual 4in reflex horn drivers rated to a maximum of 120dB output. It carries 8GB of internal memory loaded with 80 preloaded calls, and a sound-overlay function lets two calls run together for a more convincing set-up, with configurable preset volume levels for each. Playback can run sequentially across the speakers or be set to random or timed intervals of 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds, and quicksets can be customised to your own combinations. Two external jacks let you add a secondary amplified speaker for a virtual-surround effect around the calling area, and an auxiliary output syncs a motorised decoy alongside the standard motor-sync connector. The unit itself is controlled from its own 2in dot-matrix display and USB jack, or from the included four-channel remote, which has a 2.8in LCD screen, backlit push buttons and a range of up to 300 yards, plus a 50% volume-reduction button to help bring predators in closer. Runs on 8 AA batteries, not included.
