The Beretta Choke Key 12G (model E00333) is the dedicated wrench and thread chaser for fitting and removing MobilChoke tubes on Beretta 12-gauge shotguns. The tool combines a steel body choke wrench with a brass thread chaser, allowing you to both torque choke tubes correctly and clean the barrel threads in a single accessory. Correct installation torque matters more than many shooters realise — an under-tightened choke can work loose during a drive, while an over-tightened one becomes difficult to remove without damaging the thread. The brass chaser is softer than the barrel steel, so it lifts fouling and lead deposits from the thread form without risk of scoring. Compatible with flush-fit internal MobilChoke, extended MobilChoke Ported (+20 mm), extended MobilChoke (+50 mm), and internal Optima-Choke Plus tubes for 12 gauge. Not suitable for Optima-Choke HP.
