The Napier Razorback Smart Slip is a two-in-one shotgun slip that converts between a compact leg-of-mutton case and a full-length conventional slip. In its folded form the slip is small enough to sit behind a car seat or in the boot without drawing attention — it could easily be mistaken for a squash racquet bag — making it a more secure and discreet way to transport a disassembled shotgun. Once at the shoot, open the case, rest the gun on the padded fleece-lined surface to assemble it, then extend the barrel sleeve and insert the assembled gun to use it as a standard slip. It accommodates shotguns with barrels up to 32 inches. The defining feature is the RAZOR EVA lateral spine, a hard shell that withstands a 50 kg load even when empty, giving flight-case levels of protection in a soft-sided bag. The outer is LAMTEC Canvas bonded to a four-layer system: waterproof membrane, 10 mm high-density foam, EVA tough shell, and soft synthetic-fleece lining.
