The Zero Hero is Tom's Targets' portable target-board holder for zeroing a rifle, built from galvanised steel rather than the Hardox 500 plate used across the rest of their gong range. By the maker's own note, the Zero Hero is a holder, not a target in itself - you slide your own paper or card zeroing board into the frame, push the spike into the ground, and it holds the board steady while you shoot at the board rather than the frame. It takes boards from 2mm up to 25mm thick, so it works with most card and board zeroing targets rather than one fixed size. Compact enough to keep in a vehicle, it suits shooters who zero on the move - at the range, before a stalk, or wherever you need a quick, stable board mount rather than a fixed bench rest. Galvanising protects the steel from rust and general wear so it holds up to being knocked about and left out in the field.
