BushWear Fallow Fleece
Three pieces, named after fallow at different ages, and all built for the same job: being warm and completely silent when you are not moving.
Fleece is the right cloth for stalking because it does not rustle against itself or against thorn the way a shell does, and because it stays quiet when it is cold and stiff. That matters most in a highseat, where every noise you make travels and you may be sitting still for two hours before anything appears.
The Brocket is the full fleece jacket - the outer layer on a dry day or the midlayer under a shell on a wet one. The Pricket is the pullover, which loses the front zip and is quieter for it. The Dagget gilet is body warmth with the arms left free, which is what you want when you need to mount a rifle cleanly or work a carcass without shedding layers.
None of the three is waterproof. Layer a shell over the top when the weather turns - see waterproof clothing.
