Burger papers are excellent we used the 4" on the top & 5" on the bottom froze them on a tray then vacuum packed = perfect.

As described but not suitable for the 4.5" press

Even though these burger papers (polyeurathane) are as described, 4 inch diameter, they are unsuitable for the BushWear burger press. They are too small to press burgers properly without the press and meat coming in to contact where it shouldn't (on the press plates). In the end I chose some papers (wax coated) that were 4.5 inches not 4 and they worked much better.
