The Akah Cordura Bolt Pouch is a straightforward solution for protecting a rifle bolt during transport. When field-stripping a rifle for travel in a vehicle or gun slip, the detached bolt is at risk of knocks, scratches and contamination — this pouch keeps it clean, dry and protected. Made from durable Cordura fabric, it accommodates bolts with a maximum length of 30 cm, covering the vast majority of centrefire bolt-action rifles used in UK stalking and deer management. Cordura is chosen for its resistance to abrasion and moisture, making it well suited to the damp, muddy conditions of a day on the hill or in woodland. Compact enough to drop into a jacket pocket or pack pouch, it adds minimal bulk whilst offering genuine protection to a critical and often expensive rifle component. A practical, no-fuss accessory from AKAH, a long-established German manufacturer of hunting and rifle accessories.
