Bisley's 60mm scope extension eyepiece is a simple rubber screw-on tube that fits over the eyepiece end of most 1" riflescopes, adding 60mm of extra length. It's a handy fix for short-bodied scopes that leave you short of mounting points on the rifle, effectively extending the scope body so rings and mounts can be positioned where you need them. Beyond the fitment benefit, the extension also shields the eyepiece from ambient side light and glare, cutting out light pollution that can interfere with your sight picture, particularly useful at dawn, dusk or in bright, low-angle sun. By blocking stray light, it helps your eye adjust to the lower light levels seen through the scope, giving a clearer, more defined sight picture and getting a little extra usable time out of failing light.
