A genuine Parker-Hale three-piece sectional cleaning rod for .270 calibre and larger rifles. Constructed from solid brass to resist corrosion around the joints, it carries the same ball-bearing handle as Parker-Hale's one-piece rods, letting the rod spin freely with the brush or jag so you don't twist bristles against the rifling. The black handle denotes the large-calibre version, built to the UK 7/32in x 26 TPI BSB implement thread and roughly 6.35mm in rod diameter. Each of the three sections joins on the standard Parker-Hale thread, so they can be combined for a full 35in (89cm) rod to clean right through the barrel, or used singly at 13.25in (335mm) for easier storage and transport. Made in the UK, it's a straightforward, durable choice for anyone maintaining a .270 or larger-bore rifle at home or in the field, and accepts the full range of Parker-Hale rifle cleaning attachments.
