The FX Impact Hammer HP with a depth of 20mm is a genuine FX Airguns replacement hammer specifically designed for the FX Impact PCP air rifle. The HP designation indicates this is the high-power variant: a heavier or deeper hammer that delivers a greater strike force to the valve, producing a longer valve dwell and higher air volume per shot — translating to increased muzzle energy for higher-power applications. The 20mm depth dimension is a key fitment specification that distinguishes this hammer from other Impact hammer variants; fitting the correct depth is essential for safe and correct operation. It is the right choice when rebuilding an FX Impact for high-power use or when replacing a worn HP hammer in that configuration. Always confirm the hammer depth and specification against your specific FX Impact variant before ordering.
