- Ideal for securing a firearm during storage or transport
The Amta Gun Padlock is a straightforward security cable lock for keeping a firearm safe when it's not in use. A plastic-coated steel cable passes through the trigger guard and around a suitable fixing point, then locks with a compact padlock body, supplied complete with two keys. It's the same type of lock fitted as standard to many brand new guns straight from the factory, so it's a familiar, no-fuss way to add a layer of security during storage or transport. Being cable-based rather than a rigid bar, it's easy to route through the trigger guard on a wide range of shotguns and rifles and cinch tight, and it packs away small enough to keep in a gun bag or cabinet drawer for routine use. A sensible, affordable addition for anyone who wants extra peace of mind alongside their main gun cabinet, whether that's at home or out and about.
