The Hawke 1-Piece Adjustable Extended Adaptor Base converts a 3/8" dovetail rail to accept Weaver and Picatinny scope mounts, with the added benefit of built-in elevation adjustment and an extended 187mm platform. Designed specifically to tackle barrel droop and extreme long-range bullet drop, the base uses a rear elevation screw to tilt the Weaver rail top downwards, aligning it more closely with your bullet's trajectory. The three-piece construction — a single top rail section with two clamping jaws — lets you centre the adaptor precisely on your rifle's dovetail. A hinged front end and rear adjustment screw give up to 100 MOA of elevation correction, while a reversible and removable recoil stop pin at the front prevents the base creeping down the rail under repeated recoil. The extended length provides a wider mounting footprint than the standard version, giving more flexibility when positioning rings. Finished in matt black anodised aluminium, it weighs 119g and suits both spring-piston airguns and rimfire rifles fitted with a 9–11mm or 3/8" dovetail rail.
