Hornady's 38 Cal .358 158 grain Semi Wad Cutter (SWC) lead pistol bullets are cold-swaged reloading components designed for handgun reloaders working with .38 Special and similar .358-diameter cartridges. Cold swaging produces total uniformity and balance across every bullet in the box, and each projectile arrives pre-lubricated ready for the press. Hornady's exclusive knurling system distributes an even coat of lubricating wax across the full bearing surface, keeping barrel leading to a minimum even over extended range sessions. Built to SASS (Single Action Shooting Society) specifications, these Cowboy bullets feature the traditional flat-nosed, conical SWC profile that seats correctly in authentic single-action revolvers, with the base knurling ensuring perfect positioning in the cylinder without nicking primers during rotation. Supplied in boxes of 300, they are a consistent and cost-effective choice for competition reloaders and handgun shooters who demand reliable uniformity at the bench.
