Hornady One Shot Case Sizing Wax is a wax-based lubricant for cartridge cases, applied before they go into the resizing die — a small but important step at the reloading bench. Application could not be simpler: dab a little on your index finger and thumb, rub it onto the case and run it through the die. A little goes a long way, so one tub will see your brass through a great many loading sessions. As a high-pressure lubricant it keeps cases moving smoothly through the die rather than sticking, and because the wax self-levels it is far less likely to leave high spots on the case, limiting the dented shoulders that over-applied lubes can cause. Built-in tarnish inhibitors help keep brass looking clean, and once sizing is done the wax wipes off easily, leaving no sticky residue behind.
