The Bisley HTO81 is a two-piece, double-screw scope mount for rifles with a 15mm (or 17mm) dovetail rail, most notably Tikka actions and similar Brno bolt-action rifles. Manufactured by Sportsmatch and sold under the Bisley name, it is supplied in a high ring height with a 25mm (1 inch) tube diameter, giving clearance for scopes with an objective lens up to 56mm on most rifles without the bell touching the barrel or rail. Base-to-rail height is 22mm, taller than the equivalent medium mount, so it suits larger-objective scopes or rifles needing extra clearance. A removable steel arrestor pin locates in the rail to stop the mount creeping under recoil, then lifts out cleanly if it isn't needed. Each ring uses a double-clamp design with Allen key bolts (four bolts per cap), and the Allen key is supplied. Made from robust steel construction, these are a straightforward, no-nonsense way to get a 1 inch scope securely bedded on a Tikka or compatible dovetail action, whether for stalking, vermin control or target work.
