The Sandridge Dual Voice Fox Call from Illinois River Valley Calls is a walnut-bodied closed-reed predator call built to reproduce the sound of an injured animal in distress. It carries two voices in one call: a long-range tone for reaching predators at distance and a short-range squeaker for finishing them off once they're closing in, so a single call covers both the opening and the follow-through of a calling sequence. The closed-reed design is simple to blow and needs little practice, making it as suitable for a first-time caller as for someone who's worked distress calls for years. Each call is fitted with a laser-engraved logo on the body. Fox is the primary target, but the same distress note also draws coyotes and bobcats, so it earns its place as an all-round predator call for anyone working fox control or general vermin management. A compact, pocketable call that asks nothing more than lungs and a bit of practice to get consistent results in the field.
