Viper's Heavy-Duty Handcuffs are a genuine police-spec restraint, built from solid nickel-plated steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The ratchet mechanism allows single locking, so the jaw can be tightened as required, or double locking, which prevents any further movement in either direction for maximum security.
