This is the replacement spigot for Parker-Hale rifle bipods, supplied on its own as a spare part. The spigot is the steel stud that fixes the bipod to the rifle, giving the legs a solid anchor under the fore-end so the whole rest sits steady. Parker-Hale has made its all-steel bipods in this country for decades and they are a familiar sight on stalking and target rifles, prized for being tough and dependable rather than light. A serviceable spigot keeps a well-used bipod earning its place rather than being retired. If yours has been cross-threaded, worn or simply lost, fitting a fresh one restores a secure, rattle-free attachment without the cost of a whole new bipod. It is intended to fit Parker-Hale's own bipod range, so check it against the model you own before ordering. Supplied as the spigot only: there is no bipod, handstop, sling swivel or other hardware in the pack. A small, sensible spare to keep a reliable rest in service for prone and rested shooting in the field.
