Nosler's AccuBond is a bonded-core rifle bullet built for hunters who need reliable expansion and deep penetration on live quarry. This 30 calibre (.308" diameter) offering weighs 125 grains and uses Nosler's bonding process to fuse the copper-alloy jacket to the lead-alloy core, virtually eliminating core-jacket separation on impact. The result is a bullet that retains 60-70% of its original weight while still mushrooming reliably, giving consistent terminal performance without excessive barrel fouling. A white polymer tip protects the nose from deformation in the magazine and initiates expansion on impact, while the spitzer boat-tail profile (ballistic coefficient 0.366, sectional density 0.188) keeps the trajectory flat and resists wind drift at range. Nosler recommends a minimum impact velocity of around 1800 fps for correct expansion. Supplied as a box of 50 projectiles only — this is a component bullet for handloading, not loaded ammunition, brass, primers or powder included. Well suited to fast .30 calibre cartridges such as .308 Winchester and .30-06 Springfield for deer stalking and general foxing and vermin control.
