The Bisley Sportsmatch TO88 is a two-piece scope mount built for rifles with a Weaver or Picatinny rail, sized for 34mm scope tubes at medium height. Two-piece mounts like this are the practical choice on bolt-action centrefires and other rifles where a one-piece mount would obscure the bolt or breech, while still giving a totally solid, unmoving link between rifle and scope. At medium height the TO88 clears objective lenses up to 50mm on most rifles, covering the great majority of stalking and target scopes with a 34mm tube. Each mount clamps directly to the rail and includes a square-section, high-tensile steel arrestor bolt to lock the rings against recoil, so zero holds shot after shot. Like the rest of the range, Sportsmatch mounts are made in Great Britain and carry the maker's lifetime guarantee, making the TO88 a dependable, no-nonsense way to get a 34mm scope onto a Weaver/Picatinny-railed rifle.
