The Hush Puppies Iris is a women's ankle boot in tan suede, designed for colder-weather wear without losing its shape over a season of use. The suede upper carries Hush Puppies' WorryFree water-resistant treatment, so it copes with damp pavements and light rain, and soft ruched detailing around the ankle gives the boot a slightly dressier finish than a plain suede bootie. A suede collar lined with soft fleece keeps the ankle warm, and a hidden inside zip means the boot goes on and off easily without needing to be unlaced or unbuckled. Underfoot, a cushion comfort memory foam leather sock adds genuine, mould-to-foot cushioning, and the boot sits on a flexible, hardwearing TPR outsole unit with a heel height of approximately 50mm - enough to lift the profile without tipping into a proper heeled boot. It is built as an everyday autumn and winter boot: warm, comfortable and water-resistant enough for daily use, with the ruched detailing and tan suede giving it a smarter look than a purely functional boot.
