The Cotswold Calmsden is a lightweight hill and trail walking boot designed for comfort on mixed terrain rather than heavy-duty mountain use. A water-resistant, breathable upper is paired with a waterproof inner membrane that keeps feet dry without trapping heat, while a soft-touch lining adds comfort against the foot. Inside, a removable memory foam footbed moulds to the shape of the foot and cushions every step, and can be swapped out as needed. A padded gusset tongue and deep cushioned collar wrap the ankle for extra comfort and help keep grit and debris out, while a rear pull loop makes the boot easy to put on. Speed lacing hooks on the upper give a quick, secure fit without fiddling over eyelets, and a traction rubber outsole grips reliably on trails, grass and wet ground, with a heel height of around 3.5cm. Finished in brown, the Calmsden suits everyday dog walks, countryside rambles and light hill walking, where a breathable, comfortable boot matters more than technical mountaineering performance.
