Fired brass stretches with repeated use and must be trimmed back to safe length before reloading. The Lee Cutter with Ball Grip and Lock Stud (SKU 90275) is the ergonomic option in Lee Precision's case-trimming range, pairing a precision cutter with a ball-grip handle that makes long trimming sessions considerably easier on the hand than the standard flat-handled version. The lock stud engages with the shellholder to locate the case firmly against the calibre-specific Case Length Gauge, so the cutter trims to the exact SAAMI-specified length every time. A single cutter handles all calibres — you need only one — and it works by hand or chucked into a cordless drill for faster batch trimming. It is compatible with Lee's full range of Case Length Gauges (ordered separately for each cartridge), as well as the Zip Trim and Quick Trim systems. The result is a correctly squared case mouth that seats bullets more consistently and eliminates the risk of dangerously long cases in the chamber.
