The Walker's Razor Slim Electronic Muff is a low-profile electronic ear defender built for shooters, hunters and anyone spending time on the range who wants real hearing protection without a bulky traditional muff. Two omnidirectional microphones feed full dynamic range HD speakers, giving clear, balanced amplified sound so you can hear a shot call or a conversation without removing the muff, while sound-activated compression reacts in just 0.02 seconds to bring gunshots and other sharp noises down to a safe level. It carries a noise reduction rating of 23dB, measured under the US ANSI S3.19 standard. Independent, recessed volume control knobs on each cup let you fine-tune the level to suit each ear, and a sound-dampening composite housing adds further protection on top of the soft, cushioned ear cups. The comfortable headband uses a sturdy metal wire frame for a secure, adjustable fit. An audio input jack lets you plug in a phone or other source, and the muff runs on two AAA batteries.
