Amberg Full Flat (S) is a versatile outdoor knife that works as both a cooking knife and a carving knife. The 108 mm blade is 3.2 mm thick Swedish stainless steel (Sandvik 14C28N), hardened and cryo-treated to 58 HRC, with a full flat grind and secondary bevel for low cutting resistance and clean cuts. The polished blade is easy to clean, and the three-component PP/TPE handle gives a secure grip. Made in Mora, Sweden.
