The KeepSafe Handguard II is a heavy-duty cut-resistant glove built to protect the non-knife hand during butchery, game preparation and carcass dressing. For the deer stalker working in the larder, it guards the hand steadying the carcass while the other holds the blade, reducing the risk of a slip turning into a serious cut. The glove is knitted from a patented combination of ultra-high-strength Spectra and Kevlar fibres woven with stainless steel, giving it a high level of resistance to cuts and slashes while staying flexible enough to keep a sure grip. It carries an ANSI Cut Level A7 rating and a three-inch cuff for added protection at the wrist. The glove is ambidextrous, so it can be worn on either hand and turned to even out wear, and it is machine washable so it can be cleaned thoroughly between sessions. It is sold as a single glove to cover the non-cutting hand, not as a pair, and is available in a range of sizes so you can match it to your hand.
