The Bestard Gravity Mid is a classically styled mid-cut hiking boot built for long days on the trail, from waymarked routes like the Camino de Santiago to everyday hillwalking and travel. The upper combines hydrophobic split leather and Cordura with a synthetic rubber surround for water resistance and durability, while a GORE-TEX® Surround lining keeps the boot properly waterproof without sacrificing breathability — air is drawn through the sole as well as the upper, so the boot vents more effectively than a conventional GORE-TEX construction. Underfoot, Bestard pairs its Vibram® Vento outsole, in Vibram's grippy MegaGrip compound, with EVA cushioning for a comfortable, well-supported ride over mixed terrain, and the boot is built on Bestard's Trail Tech 40 last with a Bestflex 1 super-flexible footbed. At around 970g per pair (EU size 42), it's light enough for all-day wear while still offering the support of a proper mid-height boot.
